  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruiting for U.S. technical engineering and product roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage candidates in niche technical markets.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct screens, manage interview scheduling, and ensure accurate ATS documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers on hiring progress and pipeline health.
  • Process & Optimization: Identify process improvements and leverage automation/AI tools for enhanced recruiting efficiency.
  • 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in hiring software engineers and technical roles.
  • Prior experience in fintech or similar regulated technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle U.S. hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and interview processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring environment.
