About The Position

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help grow our rapidly expanding team. You’ll drive sourcing, coordination, and candidate experience across technical functions—including AI/ML, data science, engineering, research, and product—and play a hands-on role in helping us build a world-class team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with in-house experience required (start-up or high-growth tech strongly preferred)
  • Proven success sourcing for technical roles (AI/ML, data, engineering, research, product)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting coordination and candidate scheduling
  • Strong communication skills and natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Creative sourcing “hunter” mindset: adept at finding and engaging passive talent beyond job boards or databases
  • Highly organized multitasker who thrives managing multiple searches simultaneously
  • Intellectually curious and able to learn new technical domains quickly
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or Ashby
  • Background in early stage start-up environments
  • Able to work onsite in our Palo Alto office at least 3 days per week

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate closing and offer negotiation
  • Background in hyper-growth tech environment
  • Prior agency recruiting experience

Responsibilities

  • Work with our hiring managers and recruiting team to execute recruiting strategies across a range of technical roles in AI/ML, data, engineering, research, and product
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with top-tier technical talent—especially hard-to-find, passive candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure every candidate has a thoughtful, high-quality experience
  • Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect our mission and culture
  • Maintain organized, accurate pipelines and workflows in Greenhouse or Ashby
  • Track recruiting activity, share insights, and continuously look for ways to improve our process
  • Support onboarding and help new hires transition smoothly into the team
