Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional recruitment or project management experience, with a focus on technical roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, or related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of software development and/or cloud technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, Azure/AWS/GCP...).
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other modern sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to respond and follow through in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ambition and motivation to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full life cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referral networks, and recruitment events.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines for qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Create compelling job postings and promote Cloudforce’s opportunities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Support and facilitate offer discussions, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, status reports, and documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate employment verification for candidates, as needed.
  • Represent Cloudforce at career fairs and recruitment-focused events; network with local education institutions to attract junior talent.
  • Maintain and report on open requisition statuses.
  • Assist in the coordination of internship programs, including intern recruitment.
  • Periodically review recruitment practices for efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist with other human resources related tasks and employee engagement events.
