The Recruiter III (Technical Recruiter) is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and related functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and People Experience stakeholders to execute hiring plans through disciplined recruiting processes, effective sourcing strategies, and consistent candidate and hiring manager engagement. The Recruiter III operates with a high degree of independence, exercises sound judgment, and applies market knowledge to support timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a full-cycle recruiter supporting technical hiring (software engineering, product, data, or related disciplines); fintech or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing capability with demonstrated success self-generating candidates through platforms, direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into effective candidate evaluation; comfortable partnering with technical interviewers and screening for role-relevant skills.
  • Highly consultative and structured in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence decisions, drive alignment, and maintain momentum.
  • Process-driven and highly organized; thrives in ATS-heavy environments with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong listener who actively seeks and incorporates feedback.
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
  • Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled recruiting tools

Nice To Haves

  • fintech or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and close—balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Conduct high-quality intake and hiring strategy sessions to calibrate on role scope, level, must have versus nice-to-have qualifications, target profiles, sourcing strategy, interview plans, and timelines.
  • Screen candidates for technical capability and role fit, assessing core requirements, communication skills, collaboration style, values alignment, and role-specific competencies; incorporate assessments when appropriate.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and market mapping particularly for hard to fill, high impact roles.
  • Deliver consistent, consultative guidance to hiring managers, including weekly updates on progress, funnel health, risks, constraints, and clear recommendations to unblock hiring.
  • Champion internal mobility and employee referrals by promoting participation, ensuring strong follow through, and maintaining warm pipelines for future needs.
  • Maintain strong operational rigor within the ATS (iCIMS preferred), including workflow management, documentation, interview coordination, funnel stages, and reporting.
  • Coordinate offers and pre-employment steps in close partnership with People Experience Business Partners and PX Operations.
  • Strengthen Allvue’s employer brand through social media engagement, talent acquisition campaigns, and support of recruiting events and programs.
  • Leverage AI enabled workflows and talent intelligence tools to improve sourcing precision, screening consistency, and recruiting operations while ensuring decisions remain structured, human reviewed, and candidate centric.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that improve hiring speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
