About The Position

Napakiak Environmental and Construction (NEC) is a leading provider of information technology, technology development, and environmental and construction services, specializing in Federal and Commercial projects. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring for a variety of roles. This position will be responsible for: Maintaining end-to-end recruiting efforts to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates across a variety of roles, providing a smooth and professional candidate experience. Maintaining candidate sourcing through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Maintaining engagement with passive candidates to meet recruiting needs. Screening applicants for skills, qualifications, and overall fit with roles and project requirements. Coordinating interview schedules and maintaining consistent, professional communication with candidates. Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system. Posting jobs and maintaining job descriptions on relevant platforms. Candidate reference checks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with demonstrated success in DOE / federal government contracts, required.
  • Knowledge of DOE hiring processes, federal compliance, and security clearance requirements, required.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks, required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, required.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment, required.
