About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the full life cycle recruitment process for internal corporate IT positions. This role involves a strategic partnership with hiring managers to understand role requirements and to provide guidance on internal processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Requirements

  • Proven IT recruiting experience of 3–5 years, either in-house or within an agency/search firm.
  • Expertise in technical recruiting, IT recruiting, and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in iCIMS and other applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of HR, legal, and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with job boards and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full life cycle recruitment for internal corporate IT positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualify requisitions, and provide training and guidance on iCIMS and internal hiring processes.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, feasibility of hire, and market trends, offering strategic recommendations and solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive IT talent.
  • Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the IT organization and broader business to anticipate hiring needs and pipeline talent.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating compensation within established guidelines.
  • Manage pre-employment processes such as reference checks, background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in iCIMS and maintain compliance with all HR, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding compensation, candidate information, and sensitive business matters.
  • Support internal mobility processes, ensuring promotions and job changes align with company policies and diversity commitments.
  • Conduct referral tracking in accordance with the Refer A Friend program.
