About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The role involves utilizing your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with the potential to lead and direct the work of others. Creativity and latitude are expected in this dynamic role.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Familiarity with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
• 4+ years of sourcing, specifically in technical roles such as SDE 2's and SDE 3's.
• Experience in talent acquisition, hiring, and sourcing.

Nice To Haves

• Technical sourcing experience, particularly in large technology companies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Previous experience in large tech firms is considered ideal.
