Role Description: Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms such as ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and LinkedIn Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) to connect with passive candidates Perform phone screens and technical pre-qualifications, assessing both skills, certifications, and clearance requirements Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and hiring priorities Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from initial contact through offer stage Track all candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the ATS Promote Sentars employer brand through consistent, professional candidate engagement Continuously refine sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience, with government/DoD recruiting exposure required
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and outbound recruiting (cold calling and direct engagement required)
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as cyber, IT, intelligence, software engineering and development and systems engineering
  • Strong ability to interpret technical requirements and screen candidates effectively
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, especially on the phonecomfortable initiating conversations with passive candidates
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
