About The Position

Circadia Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role is crucial for scaling the company by sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional engineering and product talent. The ideal candidate will be fluent in the company's tech stack to build credibility with candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter will own the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering and Product roles, ensuring responsible and rapid scaling. This is described as a 'scale role' rather than just a recruiting role. The position requires 5 days per week in the El Segundo, CA office for the first 30 days for onboarding, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Requirements

  • 6-12+ years in technical talent acquisition or People leadership roles, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven experience hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple states or distributed/remote teams.
  • Demonstrated success building recruiting infrastructure and processes from scratch in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry, engineering roles, and competitive talent market.
  • Experience owning time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable owning recruiting dashboards and workforce forecasting.
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence executives, engineering leaders, and technical operators alike.
  • Thrives in startup intensity; comfortable juggling multiple priorities with urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles, from sourcing to close, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Create scalable sourcing strategies, referral programs, and outbound pipelines to support rapid, high-growth hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data.
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Executive team to forecast hiring needs, define role scorecards, and align technical hiring plans with the product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Develop structured interview frameworks, technical assessment processes, and competency models to ensure hires meet Circadia's standards for excellence and ownership.
  • Continuously improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager confidence in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Over time, build and lead a high-impact technical recruiting team with clear metrics, accountability, and development pathways.
  • Maintain reporting on pipeline health, hiring velocity, and forecast risk, translating insights into action.
  • Serve as a trusted ambassador to engineering and product candidates, communicating the company's mission, expectations, and culture.
