About The Position

As the Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition process. This position requires a dynamic individual who is not only skilled in recruitment strategies but also deeply involved in every stage of the hiring process, particularly complex engineering and technician roles, business development, and corporate positions. You must be hands-on and proactive while working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure that we attract and secure top talent for our organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience recruiting engineers, technicians, or other technical roles.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle technical recruiting.
  • Proven ability to fill a variety of positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with Jobvite ATS or similar recruiting system and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance driven environment where quality is critical
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Able to work cooperatively in a team.
  • Travel up to 20% may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in the entire recruitment cycle, from job analysis and posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry events to find and attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for complex engineering roles, including technical assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with corporate leaders to identify and recruit top talent for business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Source and assess candidates for corporate positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions.
  • Assumes all other responsibilities as assigned.
