H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking a Part-Time Technical Recruiter to find the best possible team members for H2. This is a fast paced, critical, relationship-driven role that is the first contact and first impression with potential new H2er’s. The successful candidate will have 2+ years Federal/DoD recruiting. Applicant should be a self-starter, able to take direction, work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and work independently. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in Federal IT Recruiting and be able to successfully create, build and maintain an evolving pipeline of highly qualified, clearable IT candidate.
