Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred.
Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a "results-driven" mindset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting technologies.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, including interview preparation, offer discussions, onboarding, and follow-up.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, colleges, trade schools, industry organizations, and professional networks.
Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry developments.
Represent AAA USA at career fairs, recruiting events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives.
Meet recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and service-level expectations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
