The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Recruiter to help grow our Boston presence. This is an opportunity to own your recruiting efforts in a high-growth market while building meaningful candidate relationships and expanding our regional footprint. You will have the autonomy to source, develop, and place top technology talent, while collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on growth, impact, and building their network in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (technology staffing preferred)
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and growth
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, functions, and skill sets
  • Experience building pipelines in competitive markets
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate relationships with top technology candidates in the Boston area
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles
  • Partner closely with internal sales leaders to support client hiring needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes with accountability and attention to detail
  • Contribute to expanding DeWinter Technology’s footprint in Boston
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
