Visionist is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our small, growing, and collaborative team in support of an upcoming contract award. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Areas of study in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
6 months to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS maintenance, offer negotiation, and closing
Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while providing a high level of customer service to both hiring managers and candidates
Experience recruiting software engineers with AI/ML experience
U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible).
Applicants selected will be required to obtain / maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Obtain working knowledge of Visionist programs and their related opportunities
Gain knowledge of the Intel / DoD community’s recruiting and staffing processes, including the basics of clearance processing and contract placement
Perform full life cycle/end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and closing
Ensure candidate retention by maintaining contact through regular check-ins throughout the hiring process
Maintain an active role in obtaining referrals and re-engaging candidates when appropriate positions become available
Create your own networking community to develop strong connections with candidates and ultimately increase our presence in the local Intel Community
Participate in brainstorming sessions to market Visionist to our target audience for digital and print materials
Coordinate recruiting-related events such as industry events, career fairs, networking events, and more
