Visionist is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our small, growing, and collaborative team in support of an upcoming contract award. Recruiting is a top priority, so you will have the full support of Visionist leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Areas of study in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS maintenance, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while providing a high level of customer service to both hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience recruiting software engineers with AI/ML experience
  • U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible).
  • Applicants selected will be required to obtain / maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain working knowledge of Visionist programs and their related opportunities
  • Gain knowledge of the Intel / DoD community’s recruiting and staffing processes, including the basics of clearance processing and contract placement
  • Perform full life cycle/end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and closing
  • Ensure candidate retention by maintaining contact through regular check-ins throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain an active role in obtaining referrals and re-engaging candidates when appropriate positions become available
  • Create your own networking community to develop strong connections with candidates and ultimately increase our presence in the local Intel Community
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to market Visionist to our target audience for digital and print materials
  • Coordinate recruiting-related events such as industry events, career fairs, networking events, and more
