Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience hiring for technical roles
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Proven expertise hiring Golang Engineers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Maintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system.
- Comfortably present and promote technology and company culture.
- Write and post technical and other job descriptions.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicantsâ abilities.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
