We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help hiring end-to-end for our Engineering team in New York City. You will report directly to the Head of Talent, and be the primary driver of technical hiring at one of New York’s hottest AI startups. You will be operating in a high-velocity, early-stage environment where the briefs are sometimes ambiguous, the brand is still being built, and the infrastructure you depend on is being designed in parallel with the work. This is also more than a delivery role. You will also be a key contributor and true partner to our CTO and engineering hiring managers. This is an end-to-end role - from implementing, sourcing, helping build playbooks/strategies, and seamlessly scheduling candidates and offering a great candidate experience.
