STR is seeking an experienced Temporary Technical Recruiter to support hiring for mission-critical defense and national security programs. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across a mix of cleared and uncleared technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify and attract highly specialized talent. The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting experience within defense, aerospace, government contracting, or national security environments and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This individual should be highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and capable of independently managing complex requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a temporary/contract position with the potential to support surge hiring initiatives, critical program growth, and specialized technical recruiting needs.
