We're hiring a Recruiter to build Blitzy's world-class team engineering team during our most critical growth phase. You'll partner directly with our executive leadership and hiring managers to source, engage, and close top-tier talent in a fast-moving, high-performance environment. This is a hands-on, in-house recruiting role focused on full-cycle execution—from sourcing to offer acceptance. You'll own the candidate experience end-to-end while building the systems and processes that enable us to scale our team efficiently. Your work will directly shape the company's trajectory as we revolutionize software development.
