The Technical Recruiter role is crucial for fueling Cape's growth by recruiting high-caliber engineering talent and building a candidate pipeline that aligns with Cape's needs. The ideal candidate will identify, assess, and hire top engineering talent, manage and prioritize searches against timelines, and creatively identify and engage passive candidates. Data will be used to set benchmarks and metrics for targeted recruiting strategies, in partnership with hiring teams and leadership to build high-performing teams that embody Cape’s values and culture. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring the recruitment of the best talent to maintain Cape's status as a great company. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the NYC office, and reports to the Head of Talent.
