About the Role: Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking full-cycle Technical Recruiters (3 of them) to build strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, understand their hiring goals, and develop effective recruiting strategies. These roles support several Long Beach–based organizations, with openings aligned to Manufacturing, Operations and Design Engineering. You will partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their teams, projects, and talent needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, managing, and closing high-performing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle. Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define and identify top talent in this field Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates, leveraging industry expertise, market insights, and data to effectively close candidates Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering Develop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel, build equitable interview processes, evaluate and introduce new tools, and stay informed on industry technology trends and competitive market data Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Onsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters. You can expect to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussions
