About The Position

We are looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to support our Engineering team for 6 months. In this role, you will partner closely with the engineering team to identify, attract, and hire strong technical talent. You'll leverage data-driven recruiting practices and structured processes to efficiently fill open roles while delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is a contract position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience. We are only considering candidates currently based in the SF Bay Area who can come to the office 2-3 days a week.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles
• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent
• Good understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
• Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies
• Partner with engineering team to build structured interview plans that assess the right technical and functional competencies
• Manage a pipeline of requisitions, balancing speed and quality to meet hiring goals
• Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
