We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for top-tier engineering talent across hardware, embedded systems, and telecom domains. Working closely with hiring managers and technical leads, you'll craft strategic hiring plans, deliver a smooth candidate experience, and help grow high-impact teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in hardware or embedded engineering fields.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles such as ML CV Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, RF Engineers, Embedded Developers, FPGA Engineers, etc.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • A proactive and organized approach to hiring with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Driven, curious, and adaptable - comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines.
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and debriefs.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts.
  • Track hiring progress and report on key recruitment metrics using our ATS.
