This position reports to the Recruiting Manager for Engineering & Construction (E&C) Business Unit that reports into the Director of Talent Acquisition as part of the M.C. Requirements

  • 2+ Years recruiting experience with a bachelor’s in business or related field.
  • Experience recruiting project managers, electrical designers and engineers is top priority.
  • Experience within the electrical construction in the critical infrastructure/data center or related industry is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience creating ad hoc and system-generated recruiting reports and analytics using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems, and HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to create pivot tables, analyze recruiting data, evaluate results, and develop forecasts. Strong reporting skills are essential for this role.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements, including OFCCP, FLSA, candidate dispositioning, and recordkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency with enterprise recruiting databases, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems, HRIS platforms, internet sourcing tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a staffing agency, corporate recruiting environment, or military recruiting is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to support team objectives.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for project managers, electrical designers, project engineers, and other critical technical and construction roles.
  • Proactively source, engage, assess, and attract qualified passive and active candidates using targeted and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to define staffing needs, understand position requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current openings and anticipated workforce needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities, candidate records, and dispositioning practices comply with OFCCP requirements and company policies.
  • Track recruiting activity and prepare reports on pipelines, requisition status, hiring progress, and other key recruiting metrics.
  • Advise hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation considerations, and recruitment challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor-market conditions, competitor activity, and emerging recruiting technologies.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, industry events, and other recruiting activities focused on construction and technical talent.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teammates, share best practices, and provide support across the broader Talent Acquisition team.
  • Model professionalism, accountability, integrity, and compliance with established recruiting processes.
  • Perform other duties and support additional recruiting initiatives as assigned.
