  • Experience sourcing and hiring talent across all teams
  • Experience building pipelines from scratch
  • Experience guiding candidates through the entire hiring process
  • Experience acting as a key partner to hiring managers and various teams
  • Experience serving as a knowledgeable resource on HR-related topics like benefits and compensation
  • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the market, target companies, and open-source communities
  • Experience attracting top talent
  • Experience promoting the company brand at networking events and meetups

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Sourcing and hiring talent across all teams, with a primary focus on PhD internship and New Grad tech roles. This includes building pipelines from scratch and guiding candidates through the entire hiring process.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Acting as a key partner to hiring managers and various teams to build high-performance teams. Serving as a knowledgeable resource on HR-related topics like benefits and compensation.
  • Industry Expertise & Brand Promotion: Having deep, up-to-date knowledge of the market, target companies, and open-source communities. Using this expertise to attract top talent and promote the company brand at networking events and meetups.
