About The Position

Relativity Space is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support their Hardware Engineering team. This role involves building strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and business priorities, developing and executing targeted recruiting strategies, sourcing and engaging top talent, and guiding candidates through the entire hiring process. The recruiter will become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting, partnering with senior leaders to identify and secure top talent. This includes developing creative strategies to engage passive candidates, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams, and strengthening the recruiting funnel through process improvements, equitable interview frameworks, and staying informed on industry trends. A key aspect of this role is advocating for an exceptional candidate experience. This is a fully onsite position at their Long Beach headquarters, requiring presence five days a week for interviews, team meetings, and discussions with hiring managers.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations.
Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early- to mid-career roles.
Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent.
Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering.
Develop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel, build equitable interview processes, evaluate and introduce new tools, and stay informed on industry technology trends and competitive market data.
Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
