1. Ensure compliance with regulations related to Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality in the workplace in accordance with applicable local legislation. 2. Support the Site Manager in defining site activities (methods and execution phases) in order to deliver the works in compliance with specifications and the required design and quality standards. 3. Collaborate with and report to the Head Office Technical Office any critical issues, anomalies, or changes that occur on site. 4. Identify and define, during tender and/or design phases, alternative technical solutions for the execution of the works, in collaboration with the Technical Office Department (during the preliminary phase), the Site Manager, and, where applicable, the Construction Manager (after contract award). 5. Collaborate with the Technical Office, during the construction design phase following any contract award, in preparing the Method Statements related to specific site activities and technologies. 6. Manage and support the execution of any trial fields and final acceptance tests, providing the relevant reporting on the results achieved. 7. Prepare and complete quality control checklists/forms. 8. Take part in technical briefings with the General Contractor’s and/or Client’s designers, in order to identify alternative solutions and/or optimizations. 9. Provide technical assistance during site activities. 10. Verify the effectiveness of the adopted design solutions and manage any non-conformities that entail design changes. 11. Prepare the end-of-works report, describing any issues that arose during execution and the related solutions adopted and, where required, the “As Built” drawings of the completed works.
