We are seeking a Technical Program / Project Manager (TPM/PM) to lead execution of lab and facility infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing FSR (Facility Scope Request) lifecycle and CAPEX project delivery, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in: Technical program or project management
  • Experience in Facilities, lab, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of: FSR or similar facility project processes
  • Strong knowledge of: CAPEX planning and financial tracking
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor or lab environment
  • Familiarity with: Gas systems, tool installs, or facility modifications
  • Familiarity with: SAP / FSR / CAPEX systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience driving schedule, risk, and budget management

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end FSR lifecycle: Initiation, submission, approval, execution, and closure
  • Coordinate with: Facilities (FPM), Engineering, Operations, Safety, and Vendors
  • Track and manage: Project scope, schedules, and key milestones
  • Lead cross-functional team (CFT) meetings and design reviews
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with facility standards and safety requirements
  • Plan and execute CAPEX-funded lab projects
  • Develop and manage: Capital budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking
  • Drive CAPEX processes: CAR submissions, approvals, and financial tracking
  • Partner with Finance and Business Units on: Project justification and financial planning
  • Monitor capital spend vs. forecast and support reporting cycles
  • Lead program planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Communicate program status, risks, and escalation needs
  • Align teams across engineering, facilities, and operations
  • Support continuous improvement in project execution processes
