About The Position

We are currently seeking talented candidates for the Technical Project Manager position. This role requires a customer-first and data-driven mindset, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify key metrics, understand technical requirements, and communicate effectively with the engineering team. The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and product frameworks is a plus. The role involves overseeing the adaptation of our platform for particular customer needs and requirements, monitoring customer expectations, and ensuring a stable and constant process of delivery of client-requested features. This includes managing the product lifecycle, understanding development effort, and ensuring alignment of the product with customer requirements. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for providing regular project status updates to clients, overseeing project scope, allocating resources, ensuring budget adherence, and maintaining high-quality standards through thorough testing. Setting and monitoring key product metrics is also a core responsibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within B2B AI SaaS

Responsibilities

• Oversee the adaptation of our platform for particular customer needs and requirements
• Monitor customer expectations and fulfill them
• Ensure a stable and constant process of delivery of client-requested features inside the platform, from release planning to managing feature dependencies and the product lifecycle
• Understand the effort required for product development, including team roles and the stages of their involvement
• Ensure alignment of product with customer requirements
• Provide regular project status updates to clients to maintain transparency
• Oversee the project’s scope
• Allocate resources efficiently
• Ensure budget adherence for optimal performance
• Maintain high-quality standards through thorough testing before product releases
• Set key product metrics and monitor achievements, adjusting goals based on performance feedback
