Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading large‑scale, complex IT initiatives across multiple workstreams
  • Strong technical background with demonstrated experience managing projects in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven success delivering multi‑stakeholder technical programs from planning through execution
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at an executive level
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery models
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, complex IT initiatives across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate dependencies and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum
  • Communicate confidently with senior leaders, translating technical progress into clear business insights
  • Own delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including reporting, controls, and decision frameworks
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
