About The Position

In the assigned role of Technology Project Lead 2, you will lead technology projects, aligning objectives and scope with business goals and collaborating with stakeholders to support efficient delivery. You will maintain client relationships and provide regular updates, manage project estimates and budgets, optimize resource allocation, and identify and mitigate risks. The role also involves reviewing deliverables and improving processes through innovative methodologies and tools; supporting technical and commercial proposals; and managing requirements and scope changes, including estimation, approval, and contractual updates. You will contribute strategic thinking, problem-solving, project economics and delivery expertise, and strong relationships with mid- and senior-level client stakeholders. You will lead teams, support performance and professional development, and foster learning and innovation. The role is part of Infosys Engineering, which focuses on product-centric value delivery, data-first engineering and value-stream management, and use of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve delivery and accelerate time to market. A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Infosys will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
Technical project management experience related to Java, OSS, or networking.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.
