About The Position

Leidos’ Digital Sector is establishing a new Agile development team to deliver federal IT modernization capabilities in support of national security missions. The Technical Project Manager will join the technical leadership team and oversee execution across multiple technical workstreams, working alongside the Program Manager, technical leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). The program includes phased development and integration of enterprise software applications, integrated data architectures, cloud infrastructure, and supporting technical capabilities. It combines schedule, risk, and delivery management with technical understanding of software development and systems integration. The position involves a collaborative Agile environment, initially allowing partial telework during early development phases. As the program matures, full-time on-site presence at a secure government facility in Washington, DC is required. The development platform is based on ServiceNow, Elastic, AWS, and Red Hat.
