Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager 2 to support a major national laboratory. This role involves supporting and managing discrete technical construction scope, ensuring timely completion of all project elements. The position oversees technical requirements, defines and manages project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, and supports, while at times leading, the project team in planning, tracking, and executing the scope from initiation through turnover. The role requires managing project activities in alignment with Triad’s prime contract, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and Department of Energy (DOE) 413.3B requirements. Work is organized into control accounts and corresponding work packages that define tasks necessary to meet programmatic objectives. The Technical Project Manager reports to the Manager of Projects (MOP) and is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of an assigned project/program area. This includes developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and standards related to construction and work execution within a nuclear facility. The role also supports the development and monitoring of program budgets and provides technical guidance to project teams, support departments, and matrixed resources.
