About The Position

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading SOC audit coordination and managing change communications impacting customer-managed systems. This role serves as a key liaison across auditors, technical teams, and customers to ensure compliance, transparency, and successful execution of technical initiatives. Operating in a regulated environment, this position manages multiple concurrent projects, balances competing priorities, and drives consistent processes that support audit readiness and system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management
• Experience supporting SOC audits and working with external auditors
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or SaaS environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills, including experience with customer-facing interactions
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., healthcare, SaaS, finance)
• Familiarity with ITIL, change management, or risk management frameworks
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SOC audits (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2)
• Coordinate audit requests, evidence collection, and responses across technical and operational teams
• Track timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions
• Support remediation efforts and maintain audit documentation and controls
• Promote audit readiness through consistent processes and governance
• Lead planning and communication for changes impacting customer-managed systems
• Partner with engineering, operations, and support teams to assess risks and dependencies
• Deliver clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and customers
• Track change execution through completion, including validation and documentation
• Manage technical projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, track risks, and provide regular status updates
• Balance multiple initiatives of moderate complexity and urgency
• Ensure consistent application of project management best practices
