EverHealth - Technical Project Manager
About The Position
EverHealth is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the EverHealth Platform Engineering team. This role reports to the Head of Platform Engineering and will drive execution for priority initiatives across Platform Engineering. The Technical Project Manager will manage project plans, track timelines, maintain RAID logs, coordinate dependencies, run working sessions, help drive Jira hygiene, and produce clear project status updates for stakeholders and leadership. This role partners closely with the Scrum Master and Program Manager. The Scrum Master supports team ceremonies and work delivery flow, the Program Manager consolidates prioritization and overall project health, and the Technical Project Manager ensures assigned projects move forward with clear owners, dates, risks, follow-ups, and execution discipline.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, project coordination, delivery management, or a similar role supporting software, infrastructure, cloud, or platform teams
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and status updates
- 3+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence for project management
- 3+ years of experience producing project health reporting for leadership audiences
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to produce clear stakeholder and executive-ready updates
- Demonstrable experience managing technology projects with multiple owners, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholders
- Any experience working with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, platform, or operations teams
- Any experience supporting sprint coordination, ceremonies, and agile delivery practices
- Technically fluent and comfortable operating across infrastructure, cloud, SRE, and DevOps.
- Strong ownership mindset and follow-through
- Ability to create clarity in ambiguous or fast-moving technical environments
- Comfortable holding people/teams accountable to owners, dates, decisions, and next steps
- Demonstrates practical judgment around when to escalate risks or push for decisions
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Biased toward action, structure, and measurable execution progress
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
- May require travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations in North America.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare technology or healthcare SaaS
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or other regulated technology environments
Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to AWS, data center infrastructure, CI/CD, software deployment, observability, ITSM, and operational maturity
- Own project planning for priority Platform Engineering initiatives
- Help translate technical work into clear project plans and stakeholder-facing status
- Define clear milestones, timelines, owners, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups
- Track project execution across teams, ensuring work is clearly represented in Jira and moving forward with appropriate urgency
- Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Partner with the Program Manager to consolidate project prioritization, status, and health
- Partner with the Scrum Master on sprint coordination, ceremonies, and delivery follow-through
- Ensure documentation and playbooks are completed as part of project delivery
- Prepare clear stakeholder updates and executive-ready project summaries
- Follow up consistently on action items, decisions, risks, and unresolved questions
- Track dependencies across Platform Engineering teams and related stakeholders
- Bring structure to complex technical work without slowing teams down with unnecessary process
