Technical Project Manager
About The Position
This individual will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, CX, Analytics, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, manage delivery, and ensure successful implementation of customer-facing technology solutions. The role operates between business strategy and technical execution, driving roadmap planning, scope management, stakeholder communication, and product delivery. The position includes product strategy and planning (40%), technical delivery (40%), and project leadership (20%). It is a contract role based fully onsite in Torrance, California. The stated pay range is $68.02 per hour. The anticipated application closing date is November 6, 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Lead, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, CX, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead delivery from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and architecture standards.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control.
- Provide status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners.
