About The Position

The Technical Project Manager serves as a Project Lead in the Light Generation and Amplification (LGA) function within ASML’s Cymer Light Source Division, DUV Design and Engineering organization in San Diego. LGA designs and engineers core modules of the DUV source, including discharge chambers, power supply modules, and blower motor systems.
