This position is a high-level technical and project management role responsible for managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, from initial customer engagement and sales support through engineering coordination, manufacturing execution, and delivery. The Technical Project Manager works closely with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to define requirements, recommend appropriate Simplex products and solutions, and ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule. This is a full-cycle, cross-functional position requiring strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and advanced project management skills. The role is not limited to a single project, product line, or department, but instead requires oversight of a diverse portfolio of active work. The Technical Project Manager is expected to be a hands-on professional who is actively engaged with customers, knowledgeable of manufacturing processes, and capable of driving projects from concept through successful use of the product in the field.
