The Technical Project Manager 3 will lead service delivery for MachineQ’s Computer Vision solutions, overseeing large-scale, multi-site deployments and driving operational excellence across field services, partners, and products. This role will take a leadership position specifically in the deployment and scalability of our growing Computer Vision solution areas – which combine cameras, edge devices, AI/ML models, data from integrated sensors, and SaaS experiences to solve real operational problems. In this role, you’ll help deliver services that help customers see, understand, and act on vision-based intelligence, shaping both near-term pilot success and long-term solution experiences. This position requires an autonomous and self-starter approach, with critical thinking and superb attention to detail being key requirements for success. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment. The expectation is for relentless innovation, not a “we’ve always done it this way” approach. The MachineQ Operations team brings IoT and Computer Vision solutions to market for large enterprises, managing implementations from initial customer engagement through installation and day-2 support. This role is responsible for leading complex service delivery across diverse customer environments, ensuring successful execution of projects involving: IP and analog camera installations, upgrades, and system migrations Edge and cloud-based video management and analytics platforms On-site infrastructure, including DVR/NVR systems, NAS (e.g., QNAP), network switches, and related hardware Coordination of internal teams, field technicians, and third-party vendors
