About The Position

The Monetization PMO team is hiring a Technical Project Manager II to own complex technical projects and improve the operational backbone for a fast-moving Marketplace Efficiency portfolio. This role is ideal for a proven operator who can autonomously manage multiple complex projects, partner credibly with technical and business leaders, and bring structure, visibility, and execution rigor to ambiguous, cross-functional work. This person will join a PMO team focused on helping the organization translate strategy into execution through solid planning, cross-org coordination, Jira-based operational excellence, technical risk management, and clear communication. The role will support work that improves marketplace performance, program governance, portfolio visibility, and scalable delivery systems across product and engineering efforts.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
  • Working knowledge of technical systems, platforms, infrastructure, or software delivery practices in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency, including the ability to understand technical requirements, system constraints, dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.
  • Ability to support end-to-end project and program delivery across planning, execution, implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience tracking and communicating technical risks, dependencies, and program status to technical and non-technical partners.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with project or program management tools, collaboration platforms, and AI-assisted tools that support documentation, synthesis, and reporting workflows.
