About The Position

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining strategic and multi-disciplinary IT programs that support corporate strategy. The individual will apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new ones. The position requires working on unusually complex problems, providing highly innovative solutions, and operating with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Additionally, the role includes mentoring or supervising employees in both organizational and technical competencies.

Requirements

• Experience managing a high velocity technical team of software engineers
• Experience leading complex software engineering projects or AI prototypes
• Experience with common project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of big data processing and associated infrastructure constraints
• Ability to translate and communicate business priorities into technical requirements for development
• Ability to engage with mission users and stakeholders to solicit requirements
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes, JanusGraph, Cassandra, or Spark
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation with Jenkins or GitLab
• Knowledge of graph analytics and graph ML
• Certified Scrum Master or PMP Certification
