This role is for an experienced professional with a strong background in software development. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for running complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, overseeing the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes from end to end. This position is highly visible across business units, requiring partnership with and influence over multiple engineering teams both within and outside of your business line. You will need to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make trade-offs, and balance business needs against technical constraints, all while navigating ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions, develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics(e.g., cost savings, quality of decision-making, improved efficiency and velocity)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project)

Responsibilities

  • Run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end
  • Partner with and influence the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities
