The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; or 3 years related work experience in Semiconductor, Aerospace, Medical or Automotive industry in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Project management experience managing multiple projects across multiple sites as needed for business operations.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).

Responsibilities

Develops comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and dependencies to guide projects from initiation to completion.
Identifies necessary resource allocations or challenges to support project timelines
Leads and coordinates cross functional efforts across teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution
Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies and proactively address issues to minimize project impact
Communicates with stakeholders on status updates, key decisions, and potential roadblocks
Track metrics against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Communicates with customers internally and externally on new product introduction (NPI) project status
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project management across multiple sites
Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
