About The Position
Orkes is seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join their agile core team. The TPM will be responsible for scoping and delivering programs across engineering, security, compliance, and customer initiatives. This is an entrepreneurial environment where the TPM will thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities to drive projects from end to end.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Technical Program Management.
- Prior software engineering experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Experience with backend services delivery.
- Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects from development to customer launch.

Responsibilities
- Scope and deliver complex programs spanning multiple domains including engineering, security, and compliance.
- Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects.
- Work closely with individual contributors, managers, and the founding team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive projects through completion, including documentation, marketing, analytics, and feature delivery.
- Leverage your technical background to understand how decisions affect our highly technical customer base.
- Identify, prioritize, and initiate new programs that improve operational efficiency.
