About The Position

Wipro is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in large-scale Supply Chain and Operations transformation programs. The role combines program management expertise with hands-on use of AI and GenAI tools, including Claude, to improve execution, planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency. The TPM leads complex Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Transformation programs, coordinating engineering, product, business operations, and executive stakeholders while managing schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and communications. The position establishes delivery frameworks, KPIs, success metrics, and governance processes; translates business requirements into actionable program plans; and identifies opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include project planning and scope development for a single line of business, reviewing deliverables, producing weekly and monthly MIS reports, managing resources and team performance, assessing risks and quality, preparing estimates and proposals, and coordinating with client directors, workforce management, and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

10+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology programs.
Strong experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, or Operations programs.
Hands-on experience using Claude and/or other AI or GenAI tools to improve program execution and productivity.
Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering and business teams.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
Project Management is listed as a mandatory skill.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of complex Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Transformation programs.
Use AI and GenAI platforms, including Claude, to improve program governance, risk management, reporting, documentation, and decision-making.
Drive collaboration across engineering, product, business operations, and executive stakeholders.
Manage program schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and executive communications.
Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, success metrics, and governance processes.
Translate business requirements into actionable program plans and drive successful delivery.
Identify opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single line of business, aligning plans with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Review project deliverables for alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs; provide feedback and guide technical leads on improvements.
Create weekly and monthly MIS reports to track operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters; escalate deviations from the project charter and ensure corrective action.
Plan and allocate resources according to project needs; manage attrition and performance outcomes; conduct appraisals and guide professional growth.
Identify and assess project risks and issues, implement mitigation methods, and collaborate with quality assurance teams on quality planning.
Create project estimates aligned with scope, approach, and milestones, and manage change requests.
Assist with proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one line of business.
Collaborate with technical teams and client directors on sprint planning, delivery issues, and project updates.
Maintain regular coordination with Workforce Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure resource fulfillment and quality adherence.
