AI Analyst - Supply Chain

Victaulic•Easton, PA

About The Position

Victaulic is seeking an AI Analyst to serve as the Global Sourcing Center of Excellence’s specialist in applied artificial intelligence and automation. The role administers and governs the sourcing organization’s AI and automation tools, develops and maintains automations that reduce manual work in sourcing and category workflows, and partners with the Spend Analytics & BI Specialist to incorporate AI-enabled insight into spend visibility and reporting. Rather than conducting sourcing events, the AI Analyst equips category managers with well-governed tools, validated automations, and the technical fluency to use them safely and effectively in accordance with enterprise AI governance standards. The AI Analyst manages tool access, permissions, inventories, and governance; identifies automation opportunities with category managers and COE specialists; and designs, documents, and maintains workflow automations. The role also evaluates emerging tools, supports proofs of concept and pilots with the Enterprise AI team, and represents sourcing requirements in cross-functional Enterprise AI projects and governance forums. The position tracks tool and automation performance, adoption, costs, utilization, ROI, and time savings; applies prompt-engineering and model-configuration practices; develops training and guidance; and serves as sourcing’s main contact for AI and automation questions, responsible-use practices, and security incident reporting.
