About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a remote, 4-month contract opportunity with a Leading Technology Firm. This role will provide hands-on project and program management support across interconnected marketing measurement initiatives. The contractor will be responsible for translating evolving, complex work into clear project plans, maintaining cross-functional communication, and establishing the operational discipline required for successful delivery. The position involves close partnership with program leads to document decisions, clarify ownership, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with project or program management leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• 2 years of experience in managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, and delivery timelines.
• 2 years of experience of driving alignment and execution across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans for marketing measurement programs, including milestones, owners, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery dates.
• Maintain the cross-functional view of dependencies and required handoffs across Measurement, MMM, MA, MADO, GTM AI / Data Science, AP, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Connect existing team-level and technical plans into a single view of overall delivery.
• Drive cross-team follow-through so actions, open questions, and dependencies do not stall between meetings.
• Run the day-to-day project management mechanics: prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign owners, confirm commitments, and maintain trackers and timelines.
• Partner closely with program leads, translating discussions into concrete actions and keeping them current on progress, risks, and required decisions.
• Create and maintain a central source of truth for program status, decisions, requirements, ownership, and next steps.
• Establish a lightweight stakeholder cadence with clear status updates, decision points, communications support, and escalation items.
