About The Position

Lead end-to-end delivery of next-generation TV & Audio products by owning complex, interdependent hardware NPI and software platform programs from concept through mass production. In this high-visibility Staff TPM role, you’ll align engineering, product, quality, supply chain, and global suppliers to hit critical milestones, manage risk, and ensure operational readiness for launch. You’ll drive clarity through ambiguity, balance technical tradeoffs, and help scale program management best practices across the organization. Our Program Management organization partners with Engineering and Product to bring high-quality consumer electronics to market at scale—connecting strategy to execution across hardware, software, and operations. The TV & Audio team runs cross-platform programs with multiple vendors and global partners, ensuring system-level alignment, predictable delivery, and strong launch readiness. This role reports to the Director of Technical Program Management and plays a key part in improving how we plan, track, and deliver programs across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in consumer electronics/high-tech; hands-on NPI; experience with TPM/EPM/product/engineering roles.
  • Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional hardware + software programs with global supplier partners.
  • Strong system-level technical fluency (platforms, APIs/services, reliability/observability, release/rollback readiness).
  • Advanced program tooling: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint (PMP preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • OR 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple complex TV & Audio hardware and software programs across vendors, platforms, and geographies.
  • Own NPI execution: scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and risk/issue management.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, Quality, Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain.
  • Partner with ODM/SoC suppliers (including off-hours meetings) to resolve issues and coordinate releases.
  • Run program cadences, report status/metrics, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
