About The Position

Suno is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to help scale their technical programs and launches. This role involves coordinating across engineering, product, and other functions to execute large initiatives. As a Staff TPM, you will have the opportunity to create and drive programs, identify new investment areas, and help build the Technical Program Management function from the ground up within Suno. The TPM function is new to Suno, offering a chance to shape its structure and principles.

Requirements

8–10 years in program or technical program management.
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to find the right approach for the environment.
A clear, articulable framework for evaluating and measuring program success.
Sufficient technical/coding fluency to understand the work being done, not just coordinate.

Nice To Haves

Track record of building a program from zero in genuine ambiguity and landing it.
Experience coaching or mentoring other program managers.
Background at a consumer tech company, a high-scale tech company, or a hypergrowth scale-up.
Experience coordinating launches for AI or ML-driven products.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs end to end, including model launches, multi-team engineering efforts, and engineering initiatives, from scoping through rollout and tracking.
Coach and grow the team's TPM capabilities, establishing mentorship and structure.
Help shape the definition and working model of the TPM function at Suno, including organizing principles and areas for growth.
Partner closely with engineering leadership to maintain cross-functional velocity and facilitate collaboration.
Contribute to turning Suno's mission into shipped, coordinated reality across teams.
