•$102,100 - $261,000

About The Position

Microsoft Security’s Trust Compliance team provides a centralized, scalable compliance function across Security services. The role supports the end-to-end compliance posture of Microsoft Security services, promoting consistency, quality, and readiness across a distributed engineering landscape. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads onboarding and continuous compliance readiness for services entering or operating within Azure and M365 compliance boundaries. The Technical Program Manager II drives execution across regulatory impact assessments, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) assessments, external audits, evidence management, remediation tracking, and process improvements. Both roles work with engineering and compliance stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable work, manage risks and dependencies, improve audit readiness, and drive outcomes across multiple services. Success is measured by execution excellence, process improvement, risk reduction, audit readiness, and alignment across complex cross-functional environments. The position requires effective technical communication, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder and program management. A role-specific description also notes that the Senior Technical Program Manager may coordinate onboarding milestones, validate readiness prerequisites, monitor control implementation and documentation health, and partner with service teams to resolve blockers.
