Requirements

  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
  • 36 months involving JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
  • 36 months involving Google (Gsuite) Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • 36 months involving Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 36 months involving Relational databases and SQL
  • 36 months involving Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • 36 months involving Building highly-scalable performant solutions
  • 36 months involving Phase gate approach to technology development projects
  • 36 months involving Business analysis, technical analysis, design, implementation, software development, agile, scrum methodology, customization, maintenance, training, and implementation of packaged software
  • 36 months involving Microsoft SQL, Server, Oracle, or Microsoft Access

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources.
  • Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across their areas of software development for the organization.
  • Understand product requirements, technical challenges, business needs, and develop a plan for mitigating risk and delivering features that meet the requirements.
  • Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive progress on execution.
  • Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment, and drive impact through deployment of key initiatives.
